Open up element 41, scalloped frame, copy frame and paste it as a new layer send it to the very bottom layer. Place frame to the right just beside the lamp.

Add your tube, I used the Sweet Girl tube by Zlata M.I'm just using the close up layer for this tut.. so copy and paste the CL as a new layer beneath the wooden square frame.
Use the lasso and trace around the top of the tube [trace around the part that we want to stick out of the frame layer], promote section to layer and send it to the top layer.

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off, resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]

Add watermarks and copyright info.

For the name and word are I used the glass, HSB Noise and gradient glow filter from
Eyecandy 4000 I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpen.
I hope you have enjoyed this tut.
