This tutorial was written by me on April 8 , 2013 and

Supplies Need:

Tube of choice: Roxy by Angela Newman.

So, let's begin!

*remember to save often!

Open up frame 4, rotate, 6 degree to the right, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original  Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room 

to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300. 

Open paper 1, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster 

layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

Open up flame, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the left side of the tag near the top edge. 

Add shadow:

V: 3 H: 2 

O: 100 B: 8

Open up frame 3, copy frame and paste it as a new layer, pull upward slightly and to the right corner of the square frame.

add corona filter around frame, settings below:

Open paper 10, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster 

layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

Open up music not scatter, copy and paste as a new layer. Position to the lower right section of the tag. Add Shadow.

Open up frame 3, copy frame and paste it as a new layer, pull frame to the lower left corner of the square frame.

add corona filter around frame, same settings as before.

Open paper 6, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster 

layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

Open up cityscape 1, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the left side of the heart frame, just as I have in my sample tag.

-duplicate cityscape layer, flip image>image>mirror place the duplicate image to the other side of the heart frame, see my sample tag for correct placement.

Open up framed star, rotate to the left 10 degree, copy and paste as a new layer, position it in to the lower left side of the heart frame.

Open up skull 1, rotate left 10 degree, copy and paste as a new layer, send it to the bottom layer, position it to the left corner of tag .

Add your tube, I used the Roxy by Angela Newman. Copy and paste the as a new layer near the right edge of the square frame,

add shadow.

Open word art, copy and paste as a new layer, add shadow.

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off, 

resize to 650 on the largest side.

[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]

Add watermarks and copyright info.

For the name I used the gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000, I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!

If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
