My word art
*right click and save to your pc!

**************
So, let's begin!
*remember to save often!

Open up pink frame (66),  rotate 10 degree to the left, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the original. Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room
to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300.
Add shadow:
V: 3 H: 2
O: 100 B: 8

Open paper 020, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 11> make new raster
layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

Open up yellow orbs (115), copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it middle ways on the paper.

Open up dragonflies (101), copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it in the middle of the frame.

Open up green frame (104), copy frame and paste it as a new layer, under the pink frame, pull upward slightly and to the right corner of the square frame.

Open up green vines (110 & 111), copy and paste as a new layer, position them to the upper right and left side of the frame.

Open up pink hanging flowers (88), copy and paste as a new layer. Position to the upper left section of the frame.

Open up tree stump (84), copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the right side of the frame near the bottom edge.

Open up green grass (23), copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the right side of the frame near the bottom edge, under the stump.

Open up pink flowers (56), resize to 70%, copy and paste as a new layer. Position to the bottom of the tree stump.

Open up butterflies & flowers (99), copy and paste as a new layer. Position to the bottom of the tree stump, on top of the pink flowers.

Open up water (18), copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the lower left side of the stump, just as I have in my sample tag.

Add your tube, I used the Woodlandfae by Deborah Grieves. Copy and paste the as a new layer placing her on the tree stump,
add a shadow but make it on a new layer:

make the opacity of the shadow layer to 22%.

Open sparkles (58), copy and paste as a new layer on the top.

Open word art, copy and paste as a new layer, add shadow.

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off,
resize to 650 on the largest side.
[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]
Add watermarks and copyright info.

For the name I used the gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000, I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!
If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
I hope you have enjoyed this tut.
