This tutorial was written by me on April 7 , 2013 and 

any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. 

Supplies Need:

Tube of choice: Emo Girl 2 by Scrapper's gone Bad.

So, let's begin!

*remember to save often!

Open up metal frame 1, resize by 80% copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the origional. Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room 

to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300. 

Add shadow:

V: 3 H: 2 

O: 100 B: 8

Open paper 5, copy paper, take magic wand, click inside the frame shape selections>modify>expand to 22> make new raster 

layer and paste the paper into the selection on the new raster layer you just made.

-Duplicate frame layer, rotate duplicated frame layer 10 degrees to the right, send it to the bottom layer, pull upward slightly and to the left corner of the tag.

Open up love badge 4, rotate 20 degree to the right, copy and paste as a new layer. 

Position badge to the upper right corner of the metal frame. 

Add Shadow:

V: 3 H: 2 

O: 100 B: 4

Open up candle 2, resize by 70%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the left side of the tag near the bottom edge. Add shadow, same as before.

Open up candle 1, resize by 50%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it to the left side of the tag near the bottom edge, on top of the purple, add shadow.

Open up sparkles 1, copy and paste as a new layer, position it in front of the black candle.

Open up painted flower 1, resize by 60%, flip the flower around>image>mirror, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it in front of the black candle near the bottom, add shadow.

Open up  bloom 2, resize by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it behind and to the left side of the last purple flower, add shadow.

Open up  bloom 3, resize by 40%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it in front and to the right side of the last purple flower, add shadow.

Open up velum Star 2, resize by 25%, rotate to the right by 10 degree, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning it behind and to the left the purple flowers, add shadow.

make this more sharp by clicking >adjust>sharpness>sharpen more.

Open up velvet rose, resize by 35%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning behind the purple flowers and to the upper right of the flower cluster, add shadow.

Open up tied Heart 1, resize by 40%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning in front of the velvet rose but behind the flower cluster, add shadow.

Open up button 2, resize by 40%, copy and paste as a new layer, positioning in front of the heart behind the flower cluster, add shadow.

Add your tube, I used the Emo Girl 2 tube by Scrapper's Gone Bad. I'm just using the close up layer for this tut.. so copy and paste the CL as a new layer beneath the purple flower clusters, 

add shadow.

Crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off, 

resize to 650 on the largest side.

[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]

Add watermarks and copyright info.

For the name I used the glass, 

HSB Noise and gradient glow filter from Eyecandy 4000, I also added a shadow.

Save and you are done!

If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpness>sharpen.
