So, let's begin!

*remember to save often!

Open up frame05, copy frame and paste it as a new IMAGE close the origional. Make your canvas size pretty large here so we have enough room to work >image>canvas size>1600x1300. 

add shadow:

V: 1 H: 0

O: 85 B: 3

Open up frame06, copy and paste, send it to the bottom layer, add shadow same as before

Open up frame02, copy and paste, rotate frame 15 degree to the left >image>rotate>free rotate. Pull the frame to the left of the gold frame.. I placed mine where the edge of the glitter frame is touching the inner tip of the gold frame.

Open paper 08, copy and paste, send it to the bottom of the glitter frame. Add shadow.

Now take your lasso and trace around the glitter frame shape [on this paper layer], selections>invert>edit>clear.

Open musicalnotes, copy and paste as a new layer beneath this paper we just cut, add shadow.

Open greenery, copy and paste, rotate frame 19 degree to the right >image>rotate>free rotate. 

Positioning it on bottom layer, move it to the lower section of the gold frame, take lasso and crop off any part that is hanging out past the frame, add shadow.

Open fancy tag, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on bottom layer, rotate frame 90 degree to the right >image>rotate>free rotate. Move it to the upper right side of the glitter frame, add shadow.

Open boughsofholly, resize to 65%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on the bottom layer just beneath the fancy tag layer, move it to the lower left side of the frames. Rotate 10 degree to the right >image>rotate>free rotate. 

Open curlyribbon, resize to 75%, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on the top layer, move it to the lower left side of the glitter frame, add shadow.

Open pinebranch, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it on the just beneath the curlyribbon layer, move it to the lower right side of the tag, add shadow.

Open tree, copy and paste as a new layer positioning it inbetween the frames,rotate 12 degree to the right >image>rotate>free rotate., move it to the right side of the frame as I have it here.

Open deer, resize to 75%, copy and paste as a new layer, move it tward the lower right hand corner of the tree, add shadow.

Add your tube, I used the woman 01 tube by Batschi Poser Design. Copy and paste the tube into a new layer beneath the pinebranch, add a shadow, same settings as before.

Now crop down as close to the edges as possible without cutting anything off...resize to 650 to 700 on the largest side.

[You can go smaller size on this if you prefer]

Open the Word Art, copy and paste as new layer on top of the tube placing it as I have it show here, I also applied a gradient glow to it with Eye Candy 4000.

Add your watermarks and copyright info.

I also used the gradient glow on the name as I did with the word art, positioning it on the upper right edge of the tag.

Save and you are done!

If any part of your tag is blurry you can clear it up by sharpening the layer >adjust>sharpen.
